With summer in full swing, the property surrounding Little Beaver Cultural Centre is in full bloom. Wild blueberries, raspberries and cranberries are ripe for the picking and a wide variety of wild flowers have blossomed making our little landfill into a beautiful place.
We are currently enjoying bucket fulls of the local berries while planning our marketing strategy to get people up here. Sean Ashby played last week and it was a very successful show and we are in the process of booking more talented regional musicians for this fall. We are also gearing up for the Fort Frances Folk Festival which is held on our property August 22nd, 2010 and it looks like its going to be a great line up.
Check back the summer comes to a close and there will be many exciting events happening at the Beavs. Also Art classes and exhibits begin in the Fall as well.
